Duo County Is Now Open Later

On September 14th, Duo County Telecom's (DCT) Jamestown Customer Care Center kept it's doors open until 5 PM for the first time.

After several months of observation, DCT's CEO, Bill Magruder, realized that the previous hours of operation of 7 AM-4 PM were not efficiently serving our customers.

In order to give DCT's voice, video, internet wireless customers a better time-frame to ask questions and order services, we have adjusted our Jamestown office's hours to 8 AM-5PM.

Duo County Telecom helps Adair County Band Reach Goal!

Duo County Telecom Director of Marketing, Eric West, hands a check for $1,000 to Adair County High School’s band director, Tom Case, and band booster president, Doyle Lloyd. This tops off the Band’s yearlong campaign to raise $140,000 for this year’s Macy’s Thanksgiving Parade.

“Duo County is proud to commend Mr. Tom Case, his students, their parents, as well as the work of former Band Director, Tim Allen,” says West. “The band represents Adair County with the highest of honor and we are happy to support their effort wholeheartedly.”

Although American citizens have been wading through a recession for the past year, ACHS supporters show where their hearts still reside: in their children’s future.

“I would like to send out a huge thank you to everyone who helped the Adair County Band kids reach their goal…” states Doyle Lloyd from his Twitter account,
